VAC-7 abrasive recovery system is an electrically operated vacuum abrasive recovery system, equipped with an extra powerful side channel blower and a highly effective cascade cleaner. Compared to the regular VAC-5 version, the VAC-7 abrasive recovery system has increased suction power and better cleaning performance. VAC-7 blast media recovery system is equipped with an integrated high-performance cartridge filter with pulse-jet cleaning, an abrasive storage tank with cascade cleaner for automatic refilling of the blast pot (mounted directly on the Contracor Z-200 series blast pot), floor hopper, suction hoses.
Application
The VAC-7 Abrasive Recovery System is specially designed to recycle used blast media for reprocessing and reuse. The blast media is sucked into the abrasive storage tank by the vacuum suction system via the cascade cleaner, where it is separated from dust and contaminants. The abrasive storage tank sits directly above the blast pot, into which the cleaned blast media falls and can be used again immediately. With a more powerful side channel compressor, the system enables recovery of up to 5 tons per hour at a distance of up to 20 meters. Despite its high performance, it is a compact system which, due to its small size, offers a very high level of flexibility and is ideal for applications with limited space.
